Please note that Suppliers can be seen on an appointment basis only. While we strive to see as many as we can, limited available time makes it difficult to see everyone. Please send us your company information by mail and follow up with a phone call or message. We will do everything we can to reply promptly if we have a need for your product or service. Information that might be useful to our Engineering Staff is promptly forwarded to the employees who will be most benefited.
Supplier Selection
Every effort will be made to include new Suppliers on our bid list whenever possible. Obviously it is impractical to do this with every purchase. We take pride in our current Supplier list as it represents many hours of developing relationships that are mutually rewarding. Our Suppliers are among the best. Those who supply custom product to us have gone through our Supplier qualification process and come out as true winners. They continue to pass our ongoing quality reviews. No less would be expected of a new Supplier. Part of the qualification process includes a signed agreement committing to the fabrication of a quality product to our strict specifications.
New Ideas
4-D Neuroimaging welcomes suggestions from Suppliers on new materials or methods of manufacturing. We strive to stay abreast of new developments and new technologies that can help us in our quest to deliver a superior product.
Quality, Quality, Quality!
Our Company Quality Policy states clearly our commitment to quality and our strategy to meet our Customer's needs. One important aspect of this quality comes from our Suppliers. It is critical that the Suppliers of 4-D Neuroimaging be as committed to quality as we are.
Ethics
It is the policy of 4-D Neuroimaging to refuse expensive gifts from Suppliers. We would prefer that you use the money spent on these gifts toward lower prices.
